新京报讯 据 领事直通车消息，2025年1月23日，中国驻萨摩亚独立国大使费明星在萨首都阿皮亚，与萨内阁部首席执行官阿加菲利分别代表两国政府签署《中华人民共和国政府和萨摩亚独立国政府关于互免签证的协定》。上述协定将在两国履行各自国内法律程序后生效。
