财联社1月24日电，建发股份公告，预计2024年度实现归母净利润为24亿元至35亿元，同比减少约73%至82%。2023年度因收购美凯龙控制权确认重组收益，贡献归母净利润95.22亿元，而2024年度无此事项。与2023年度剔除美凯龙重组收益后的归母净利润35.82亿元相比，2024年净利润预计减少约1亿元至12亿元，同比减少约2%至33%。
