闻泰科技1月24日公告，全资子公司闻泰通讯股份有限公司与立讯通讯（上海）有限公司签署《股权转让协议》，转让嘉兴永瑞电子科技有限公司、上海闻泰电子科技有限公司和上海闻泰信息技术有限公司（含下属子公司）100%股权，转让价款暂定为6.16亿元。
