智通财经APP讯，民富国际(08511)公布，于2025年1月24日，该公司全资附属民富国际贸易有限公司拟向蒋建国先生及东安农业收购湖南省百升生物科技有限公司100%权益。
据悉，目标公司主要从事食用菌种植、农产品生产、销售、加工、运输及贮藏业务。收购事项将令集团可迅速设立全面的组织架构，为开展农业食品科技及销售业务作好准备。
