格隆汇1月24日丨天保能源(01671.HK)宣布，于2025年1月24日，公司全资附属公司天保新能(作为"发包人")与天津安捷(作为"承包人")订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，天津安捷将向天保新能提供分布式光伏项目的EPC总包服务。EPC合约项下的合约价款不超过人民币1,009.612万元(含税)，具体以实际装机容量为准。
