郝鹏飞，石家庄市第二十八中学学生。
他从小学开始就积极参与志愿服务活动，参加义务植树、看望留守儿童、为困难家庭募捐、征集创城意见、清理太平河河滩垃圾等各种活动达百次。2024年2月22日，他在路边发现一名因雪天路滑摔倒的老人，跪在雪地里支撑着摔倒老人身体，一直到救护车到来。这一事迹被多家媒体报道转载。2024年获评河北省“新时代好少年”。
