1月23日，青岛自然资源和规划局披露利群城阳购物广场改造项目规划方案，项目由青岛德源泰置业有限公司建设，位于德阳路以南，明阳支路以西。
项目地上新建六层建筑与原商城连接。新建地下一层、地下二层、地下三层。用地面积31171.93㎡，地上新建建筑面积23838.72㎡，车位776个。
