《科创板日报》23日讯，根据三星电子晶圆代工业务制定的年度计划，该部门今年的设备投资预算将仅剩5万亿韩元，较2024年的10万亿韩元直接砍半。三星晶圆代工业务在2021~2023年的投资高峰期每年的设备投资规模可达15~20万亿韩元；而台积电在2024年的晶圆代工设备投资规模高达9560亿新台币，是三星去年水平的四倍。 (SEDaily)
