涂磊，男，汉族，1967年10月生，湖北孝感人，1985年7月参加工作，1990年2月加入中国共产党，大学学历。
曾任湖北省汉川市政府党组成员、副市长、市公安局局长。
任湖北省孝感市公安局副局长、党委委员。
