财联社1月21日电，多氟多公告，公司以自有资金2845.80万元收购多氟多集团持有的河南亿丰电子新材料有限公司54%股权。亿丰电子其他现有股东同意本次股权转让并放弃优先认购权。本次收购完成后，公司将持有亿丰电子54%股权，其财务报表将纳入公司合并财务报表范围。
