1月中旬以来，各地方政府陆续进入两会时间，截至1月20日，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）人代会均已召开，Wind资讯梳理各地公布的2025年经济社会主要预期目标发现，各地普遍将国内生产总值（GDP）增速目标确定在5%以上，其中，有15个省（自治区、直辖市）将目标定在5.5%左右。
