据北京市住建委官网数据显示，1月20日，北京新房网签435套，网签面积32386.06㎡，其中住宅网签198套，网签面积22133.44㎡。二手房网签749套，网签面积65255.01㎡，其中住宅网签640套，网签面积59323.52㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~20日）北京新房网签6113套，网签面积612726.38㎡，其中住宅网签2189套，网签面积268630.42㎡；二手房网签11005套，网签面积992026.12㎡，其中住宅9917套，住宅网签面积928036.53㎡。
