金融界1月20日消息，2024年12月26日至2025年1月17日，珠海格力金融投资管理有限公司及其一致行动人珠海格金六号股权投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）通过大宗交易方式减持奋达科技股份。格力金投减持963,188股，格金六号减持34,747,100股，合计减持35,710,288股。本次减持后，格力金投直接和间接持有奋达科技股份90,270,193股，占总股本的4.999994%。
