财中社1月20日电 凌钢股份（600231）发布公告，股东九江萍钢钢铁有限公司将其持有的3.11亿股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的100%及公司总股本的10.91%；截至公告披露日，九江萍钢累计质押股份为3.11亿股。
2024年前三季度，凌钢股份实现收入138.85亿元，归母净利润-13.63亿元。
