1 月 17 日，陕西金叶公告，公司收到实际控制人、董事局主席兼总裁袁汉源先生家属的通知，公安机关已解除对袁汉源先生的监视居住措施。同时，从即日起，袁汉源先生已恢复履行公司法定代表人、董事局主席兼总裁职务，董事王毓亮先生不再代行公司法定代表人、董事局主席职责。
