财联社1月17日电，宁德时代公告，公司2024年特别分红权益分派方案为：以现有总股本44.03亿股剔除回购专用证券账户中已回购股份1599.15万股后的股本43.87亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金分红12.30元。公司本次实际派发的现金分红总额为53.97亿元。本次权益分派股权登记日为2025年1月23日，除权除息日为2025年1月24日。
