财中社1月17日电 广汇能源（600256）发布公告，控股股东广汇集团将其持有的3550万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的1.5574%及公司总股本的0.5406%；截至公告披露日，广汇集团累计质押股份为10.72亿股，占其所持股份的47.0303%及公司总股本的16.3277%。
2024年前三季度，广汇能源实现收入263.91亿元，归母净利润20.03亿元。
