In the coastal town of Todos Santos, Baja California, Mexico, Vipp Todos Santos, designed by PPAA - Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados, is a pearl between the Pacific Ocean and the cactus-dotted desert. It is more than just a vacation home, it is a living dialogue between the Mexican and Danish design traditions.

在墨西哥下加利福尼亚半岛的沿海小镇托多斯桑托斯（Todos Santos），PPAA - Pérez Palacios Arquitectos Asociados 建筑事务所打造的 Vipp Todos Santos 度假屋，宛如一颗璀璨的明珠，镶嵌在太平洋与仙人掌点缀的沙漠之间。它不仅是一处度假居所，更是墨西哥与丹麦设计传统对话的生动体现。

From the outside, the 350-square-meter holiday home consists of a main house, two connected guest houses, a covered terrace, a rooftop pool and multiple terraces. The building cleverly utilizes the topography of the site and blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment through carefully arranged volumes and external stairs. It adopts rammed earth construction technology and uses local materials. The thick rammed earth walls are not only a natural thermal insulation material, keeping warm at night and cooling the interior during the day, but also shape the interior and exterior contours of the building with its rustic texture. Large windows bring panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding cactus forest into the room, making the residents feel as if they are in the embrace of nature.

从外观来看，占地 350 平方米的度假屋由主屋、两座相连的客房、一个带顶露台、一个屋顶泳池和多个露台构成。建筑巧妙地利用了场地的地形，通过精心布局的体量和外部楼梯，与周边环境和谐相融。其采用夯土建造工艺，就地取材，厚实的夯土墙不仅是天然的隔热材料，在夜晚保暖，白天为室内降温，还以其质朴的质感塑造了建筑的内外轮廓。大面积的窗户将海洋与周边仙人掌林的全景引入室内，让居住者仿佛置身于自然的怀抱之中。

The circular swimming pool on the roof is one of the highlights of the entire building. It is like an oasis in the sky, where guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ocean and the sky; the covered terrace is the center of social activities, providing a comfortable gathering place for people day and night.

屋顶的圆形泳池是整个建筑的亮点之一，宛如一片天空绿洲，客人在这里能将海洋与天空的美景尽收眼底；带顶露台则是社交活动的中心，无论白天黑夜，都为人们提供了舒适的聚会场所。

Pérez Palacios worked closely with the Vipp team to create the interior design. The space is interwoven with natural tones and materials to create a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Custom furniture and design details incorporate local crafts and weaving techniques, paired with art, textiles and ceramics sourced from the surrounding area, fully demonstrating respect and inheritance of local culture. Each element complements the simple material combination of earth, concrete and wood, such as the shutters woven from local Palo de Arco branches, which add a handmade texture to the building and cast ever-changing shadows in the space as the daylight moves.

室内设计由 Pérez Palacios 与 Vipp 团队紧密合作完成。空间以自然色调和材质相互交织，营造出宁静祥和的氛围。定制家具与设计细节融入了当地的手工艺和编织技术，搭配从周边地区采购的艺术品、纺织品和陶瓷制品，充分展现了对当地文化的尊重与传承。每一个元素都与大地、混凝土和木材构成的简约材料组合相得益彰，如用当地帕洛德阿科树枝编织的百叶窗，为建筑增添了手工质感，随着日光的移动，在空间中投射出不断变化的阴影。

The open-plan living area features Vipp’s new anodized aluminum V3 kitchen. Its sculptural form, extruded front, and sleek stainless steel countertops contrast with the warm rammed earth walls. Vipp’s furniture, lighting, bathroom fixtures, and outdoor items are strategically placed throughout the house, further enhancing the quality and style of the space.

开放式的起居区域配备了 Vipp 全新的阳极氧化铝 V3 厨房。其雕塑般的外形、挤压式的正面和光滑的不锈钢台面，与温暖的夯土墙形成鲜明对比。Vipp 的家具、照明设备、卫浴设施以及户外用品巧妙地分布在屋内各处，进一步提升了空间的品质与格调。

Vipp Todos Santos is not only a masterpiece of architectural design, but also demonstrates the charm of the fusion of regional culture and international design concepts. Here, nature, tradition and modernity are intertwined to provide guests with a unique and unforgettable holiday experience, and also set an example of fusion and innovation in the fields of architecture and interior design.
