厦门象屿控股股东象屿集团整体受让公司对江苏德龙镍业有限公司及其子公司的债权，受让价格为89.74亿元。根据转让协议约定，象屿集团分三期向公司支付受让价款。
公告称，1月15日，公司下属子公司收到象屿集团下属子公司支付的第一期债权受让款合计26.92亿元。
