此次调整标志着Lanvin Group在欧洲的战略布局进一步加深，计划由Andy Lew主导在欧洲设立第二个总部。他将继续领导St. John Knits，并负责新组建的管理委员会的日常运营工作。此外，集团董事会成员从八名增至九名，刘强接替方炜瑾成为新任董事，与陈健豪一同加入董事会，该任命即刻生效。
