知情人士称，苹果公司在台积电美国亚利桑那州工厂生产的4纳米芯片已进入最后的质量验证阶段，英伟达和AMD也在该厂进行芯片试产。不过，台积电美国厂尚不具备先进封装能力，因此上述芯片仍需运回台湾封装。（日经新闻）
