李受彤
字彦伯，广西桂林市临桂人。清光绪十二年(1886年)任钦州知事，奉命随邓承修勘定中越国界。与法方谈判期间，李受彤坚持国家领土完整、寸土不让的立场，收复被法军强占的江平、八庄等地，并从竹山循北仑河至滩散、垌中立下数十块中越两国界碑。
