财中社1月14日电 和胜股份（002824）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人李建湘因个人资金需求，计划自2025年2月13日至2025年5月12日，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超过837万股公司股份，占公司总股本的3%。
2024年前三季度，和胜股份实现收入22.74亿元，归母净利润5560万元。
