据TGA官方推文，今天微软游戏CEO Phil Spencer(@XboxP3)迎来了57岁。
2014年3月底，微软CEO纳德拉发布内部信，宣布Phil Spencer领导Xbox，Xbox Live和电影以及电视部门。
2017年9月，Spencer被提拔为高级管理层团队，担任游戏部门副总裁，直接向CEO纳德拉汇报工作。
2022年1月，随着微软宣布有意收购动视暴雪，Spencer被提拔为微软游戏部门CEO。
2022年2月，Spencer在第25届DICE颁奖礼上获得终身成就奖。
