新京报贝壳财经讯 1月10日晚间，美利信公告，公司原拟通过全资子公司美利信国际在卢森堡设立特殊目的公司（SPV），以现金购买VOIT Automotive GmbH 97%股权和Voit Polska Sp.Z o.o.100%股权，此次交易构成重大资产重组。公司及交易各相关方最终未能就补充事宜达成一致意见。基于审慎性考虑，公司决定终止此次重组事项。
