射阳县通洋镇洋曙河桥西空气质量太差，乌烟瘴气。大棚上厚厚的一层灰，这样的环境如何生活？请射阳县环保及通洋镇政府部门引起重视，这边有个草秸秆加工打包点的防尘工作完全不过关，但是根本没有人管，周边老百姓生活深受其害。
