观点网讯：1月10日，中国服装企业雅戈尔集团宣布完成对法国奢侈童装品牌Bonpoint的100%股权收购，卖方为法国Descours家族旗下的精品集团EPI。
据了解，Bonpoint自2007年被EPI收购以来，其门店数量已增长了两倍，目前在30个国家拥有约130家门店。
