格隆汇1月9日丨金至尊集团(02882.HK)发布公告，2023年12月13日，公司的间接非全资附属公司金澳(作为租户)与Squash International Limited(作为业主)就澳门物业订立澳门租赁协议，由2024年1月2日起至2028年3月1日止(包括首尾两日)为期四年零两个月，金澳可选择续租两年。
2025年1月9日，金澳与Squash International Limited订立终止函件，据此，订约方同意自2025年1月10日起终止澳门租赁协议，双方于澳门租赁协议项下各自的责任及义务将会终止，且任何一方不得于2025年1月10日或之后就任何不履行澳门租赁协议的情况向另一方提出任何索偿。Squash International Limited于收回澳门物业时须退回按金予金澳。
