财联社1月8日电，CNN援引知情人士报道称，美国候任总统唐纳德·特朗普考虑宣布国家经济紧急状态，以便为普遍关税提供法律依据。宣布进入经济紧急状态将可让特朗普利用《国际紧急经济权力法》(IEEPA)来制定新的关税计划。特朗普交接团队没有回应CNN的置评请求。
