证券时报e公司讯，兴民智通(002355)1月8日晚间公告，公司、苏州市模度智能科技有限公司、公司实控人高赫男与上海智池科技开发合伙企业（有限合伙）拟共同设立兴民摩度（上海）科技有限公司（简称“兴民摩度”），主要投资从事可拆解电池组代工业务。兴民摩度注册资本金3500万元，其中公司认缴出资额1120万元，占比32%。
