《科创板日报》8日讯，国际半导体产业协会(SEMI)估计，2025年全球半导体产能将增加6.6%，达到每月3360万片晶圆规模。因应运算需求不断增长，7nm以下先进制程产能将达到月产220万片，年增16%。8nm至45nm主流制程方面，SEMI预期，在汽车和物联网应用带动下，2025年月产能将突破1500万片规模，增加6%。
