中指院发布数据显示，2024年全国各类法拍房挂拍量累计76.8万套，成交17.6万套，总成交金额3308亿元，较2023年金额减少约6.7%。其中，法拍住宅成交11.7万套，按拍次成交率为18.4%，较2023年有所下降；按拍品清仓率为31.4%，较2023年（30.3%）略有提升；成交金额1635.9亿元，同比减少1.9%，成交均价9128元/平方米，同比下降1.1%。（蓝鲸新闻 崔陆鹏）
