流媒体服务提供商富波（Fubo）和华特迪士尼公司1月6日宣布，双方已达成最终协议，迪士尼将把其Hulu+Live TV业务与Fubo合并，组成一家合并后的虚拟MVPD公司。根据最终协议的条款，交易完成后，迪士尼将持有Fubo约70%的股份。
