1月2日消息，据国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司上海市分行因贷款管理存在严重违反审慎经营规则的行为，被处以110万元的罚款。
同时，建设银行上海浦东分行副行长张蕙（时任）受到了警告处分；而建设银行上海市分行住房金融与个人信贷部副总经理高沙（时任）则不仅受到了警告处分，还被罚款5万元。
