1月2日，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局公布的行政处罚信息显示，中国工商银行股份有限公司上海市分行因贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则，已被处以90万元的罚款。
同时，该处罚还涉及两位银行高管。其中，工商银行上海市分行个人金融业务部副总经理翁怡臣（时任）受到了警告处分；而工商银行上海长三角一体化示范区支行副行长金伟（时任）则不仅被警告，还被罚款5万元。
