财联社1月3日电，厄瓜多尔政府部长何塞·德拉加斯卡当地时间1月2日宣布，厄瓜多尔总统丹尼尔·诺沃亚任命国家规划部长萨里哈·莫亚为副总统，接替维罗尼卡·阿巴德。维罗尼卡·阿巴德此前被任命为厄瓜多尔驻土耳其大使。
