财联社1月2日电，马来西亚通讯及多媒体委员会（MCMC）当地时间1月1日宣布，该国针对社交媒体平台的运营许可证制度正式生效。MCMC表示，微信与TikTok已在去年12月31日的截止日前取得运营许可，Telegram的申请则进入最后阶段。此外，Meta已启动申请许可证的程序，“预计将很快完成”。
