IT之家 1 月 2 日消息，华为坤灵 eKitStor Xtreme 200E 固态硬盘今日正式发售，1TB 售价 499 元。
该硬盘拥有 512GB 和 1TB 两种容量，均基于 3D QLC NAND 闪存，官方宣称写入 / 擦除周期超 1500 次。
eKitStor Xtreme 200E 采用 M.2 2280 外形规格，支持 PCIe 4.0×4，符合 NVMe 2.0 规范。其基于 DRAM-less HMB 方案，支持 SLC Cache 技术，IT之家整理具体性能参数如下：
