财政部网站2024年12月31日公布2025年第一季度关键期限国债、短期国债、超长期一般国债、储蓄国债发行有关安排。根据安排，2025年最早一批国债于2025年1月8日招标发行，包括3只短期国债。
超长期特别国债方面，2025年一季度将招标发行4只超长期特别国债，1月、2月、3月分别发行1只、2只、1只。
储蓄国债方面，2025年3月10日将发行3年期和5年期凭证式储蓄国债。
