智通财经APP讯，山子高科(000981.SZ)发布公告，截至2024年6月30日，子公司比利时邦奇(Punch Powertrain N.V.，以下简称“PPS”)银团贷款共计2.47亿欧元(含利息)。近期公司与欧洲银团协商达成一致，拟通过支付0.32亿欧元完成上述银团贷款的债务重组。
山子高科本次成功完成PPS的银团债务重组，将进一步盘活公司资产，减少负债及财务费用，提高子公司盈利能。
