财联社1月1日电，孚能科技公告，公司于12月31日收到控股股东香港孚能及其一致行动人赣州孚创的通知，获悉香港孚能和赣州孚创拟将部分公司股份进行协议转让。若上述事宜最终达成，将会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变更。公司A股股票自1月2日上午开市起停牌，停牌时间预计不超过两个交易日。
