抖音电商发布的《日用百货与厨具类目降佣政策》全新规则，从2025年1月1日起，日用百货和厨具覆盖的六个一级类目（覆盖“收纳整理”、“家庭/个人清洁工具”、“居家日用”、“家居饰品”、“厨房/烹饪用具”、“餐饮具”）商品的基础技术服务费率将由5%最低降至0.6%（仅收取基础支付通道费），预计将为商家累计节省过亿元。
