津投城开12月31日公告，公司拟通过资产置换、发行股份及支付现金方式购买天津能源投资集团有限公司及其下属公司持有的天津津能股份有限公司、天津市热力有限公司、天津港益供热有限责任公司、天津市津能风电有限责任公司及天津能源集团新能源有限公司等公司的控股权，并募集配套资金。公司股票将于2025年1月2日开市起复牌。
