格隆汇12月31日丨重庆建工(600939.SH)公布，公司召开第五届董事会第三十六次会议，审议同意公司将重庆维景酒店有限责任公司(简称“维景酒店”)经营场所委托给重庆两江假日酒店管理有限公司(简称“两江假日酒店”)进行经营管理，2024年12月31日，公司与两江假日酒店签订《酒店委托管理协议》。
