新京报贝壳财经讯（记者朱玥怡）12月30日，天奇股份（002009.SZ）发布公告称，全资子公司江西天奇金泰阁钴业有限公司（“天奇金泰阁”）与深圳市欣旺达再生材料有限公司（“欣旺达再生”）签署《合资合同》，双方共同出资设立合资公司，合作开展锂电池材料再生利用业务。欣旺达再生由欣旺达（300207.SZ）持股96.2308%。
