证券时报e公司讯，迪生力(603335)12月30日晚间公告，公司拟将持有的广东迪生力绿色食品有限公司76.8%股权转让给广东新农人农业科技集团股份有限公司（新三板创新层公司，简称“新农人公司”），交易对价不低于9600万元，新农人公司通过向迪生力非公开发行股份的形式支付本次交易对价。
