智通财经APP讯，凯知乐国际(02122)公布，于2024年12月27日，该公司、Asian Glory及利宝订立贷款资本化协议，据此，订约方有条件同意，利宝提供的1亿港元的贷款将透过按发行价发行(a)305,914,286股资本化普通股及(b)1,122,657,143股资本化可转换优先股予AsianGlory偿付，发行价均为0.07港元。
