2024年中国VIE架构企业境外上市备案数量锐减。根据LiveReport大数据统计，截至12月26日，仅有18家VIE架构企业完成备案，较去年36家减少一半，且5家企业已取消备案。更值得注意的是，今年新申请的VIE架构企业全部未获通过备案，而17家已获通过的企业均为去年申请，备案时间长达230—435天不等。
