12月26日，上交所披露，厦门恒坤新材料科技股份有限公司科创板IPO申请获上交所受理，拟募资12亿元，保荐机构为中信建投。根据招股说明书申报稿，公司本次募集资金将投资于集成电路前驱体二期项目、SiARC开发与产业化项目和集成电路用先进材料项目。
