北京商报讯（记者 李海媛）12月26日，厦门证监局发文称，经查，长城国瑞证券存在员工投资行为管控有效性不足；首席信息官长期空缺；私募投资基金子公司个别项目规范整改不到位，反映出公司合规意识薄弱、内控机制不完善的问题。针对上述违规行为，按照有关规定，厦门证监局决定对长城国瑞证券采取责令改正的监督管理措施，并将相关情况记入诚信档案。
